The Company distributes its product through 37,000 licensed dealers in over 85 countries.


Magpul Industries Corp.
Initial Investment: September 2011
Magpul, based in Erie, Colorado, designs, assembles and markets a range of innovative, performance-driven accessories for firearms.  The Company’s products include polymer-based magazines, sights, stocks, slings, grips, rails and other accessories primarily for the AR-15 rifle platform. Magpul also offers firearms training classes, training videos and other consumer products which embody the brand’s spirit of self-sufficiency.

New Archery Products (NAP), based in Forest Park, Illinois, is the leading designer and manufacturer of fixed and mechanical broadheads, vanes and fletching, and other archery related accessories.  NAP’s array of products can be found at mass merchants, sporting goods retailers and dealers throughout the United States. The Company markets its products under the brand names NAP and Quikfletch.


Royal Robbins, Inc.

Royal Robbins is a leading designer, manufacturer, marketer and retailer of outdoor and travel apparel.  The Company’s primary products include short and long sleeve shirts, hiking pants and shorts, sweaters, fleece, jackets and accessories.


Simpson Performance Products, Inc

Simpson is the leading provider of critical motorsports safety equipment. Backed by best-in-class technical expertise, the Company has built a loyal following in the motorsports community among both professional and amateur drivers. In addition to the respected Simpson brand, the Company designs, manufactures and markets the leading HANS brand of advanced head and neck restraints.


Wise Company, Inc.

Wise Company, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is an omni-channel marketer of branded emergency preparedness foods. Wise’s foods are dehydrated/freeze-dried, are prepared by simply adding water, and have up to a 25-year shelf-life. Wise sells direct-to-consumer as well as through traditional retailers.

Daisy, based in Rogers, AK, is the leading manufacturer and marketer of youth airguns and accessories. The Company was founded in 1882 and throughout its long history, has developed unparalleled brand recognition and a dominant position within the youth and entry-level airgun market. Airxcel is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, water heaters and cooking appliances for the recreational vehicle ("RV") industry. Airxcel's products are used in all types of RVs, from top-of-the-line Class A motorhomes to lower priced towable travel trailers. Through its Marvair operating division, Airxcel is also a leading designer and producer of wall-mounted air conditioners for telecommunications shelters and self-contained school classrooms.


B&G Foods, Inc.

B&G Foods, Inc. manufactures, sells and distributes a diversified portfolio of high-quality, shelf-stable branded food products including pickles and peppers, hot sauces, wine vinegar, maple syrup, molasses, snack foods, fruit spreads, pasta sauces, beans, ready-to-use spices, salad dressings, marinades, taco shells and kits, and taco sauce and seasonings. The company's products are marketed under the following brands: Ac'cent, B&G, B&M, Brer Rabbit, Emeril's, Joan of Arc, Las Palmas, Maple Grove Farms of Vermont, Ortega, Polaner, Regina, Sa-Son, Trappey's, Underwood, Vermont Maid, and Wright's. The Company manufactures products for both retail customers, including WalMart, and national branded pet food companies. Doane also manufactures and sells its own regional branded products. The Company produces a full range of pet food for both dogs and cats including dry, canned, semi-moist, soft treats and dog biscuits.


Eurofresh, Inc.
Initial Investment: December 2001
Eurofresh is a year-round producer of hydroponically grown, pesticide-free, premium greenhouse tomatoes. Founded in 1990, Eurofresh has one of the most experienced management teams in the industry and is a leader in the North American hydroponic greenhouse tomato market. The Company currently produces beefsteak tomatoes and tomatoes-on-the-vine which are sold directly to supermarkets as well as wholesale distributors.


HealthPlus Corporation
Initial Investment: December 1997
HealthPlus Corporation was formed to acquire urban and suburban primary care hospitals in partnership with physicians. The Company owns and operates two hospitals in Los Angeles.


MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc.
Initial Investment: June 2002
MWI Veterinary Supply, headquartered in Idaho, is the largest supplier of animal health products to the veterinary profession in the Western United States. The Company distributes pharmaceuticals, biologicals, equipment and supplies to both the food animal and companion animal markets. In August 2005, MWI went public on the NASDAQ (ticker: MWIV).


Remington Arms Company, Inc.

Remington, headquartered in Madison, N.C., designs, produces and sells sporting goods products for the hunting and shooting sports markets, as well as military, government and law enforcement markets. Founded in 1816 in upstate New York, the Company is one of the nation’s oldest continuously operating manufacturers. The Company distributes its products throughout the U.S. and in over 55 foreign countries.


Seroyal Holdings L.P.

Seroyal, headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario, markets and distributes high-quality nutritional supplements and homeopathic remedies to health care practitioners in Canada and the U.S. The Company's customers include naturopathic, chiropractic and medical doctors, nutritionists, homeopaths, acupuncturists and practitioners. Seroyal sells nutritional supplements under its proprietary Genestra and Pharmax brands and homeopathic remedies manufactured by Unda SA of Belgium (under the Unda brand) through exclusive distributorship agreements for Canada and the U.S.

Unwired Group Limited
Initial Investment: October 2000
Unwired was established to acquire spectrum licenses in the 3.4GHz band in Australia. In October 2000, the Company successfully participated in the spectrum auction. Unwired will use the acquired spectrum to offer a full range of telecom services over a low-cost, broadband wireless network.
