Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Inc.

Bravo Brio Restaurant Group (BBRG) is a leading owner and operator of two distinct Italian restaurant brands, BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and BRIO Tuscan Grille.  BBRG provides its guests with an affordable fine dining experience, serving cuisine prepared using fresh ingredients and authentic Italian cooking methods combined with attentive service in an attractive, lively atmosphere.  BBRG operates more than 80 restaurants throughout the U.S. In October 2010, BBRG went public on the NASDAQ (ticker: BBRG).


California Pizza Kitchen, Inc.
Initial Investment: September 1997
California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is a leading casual dining chain, offering an innovative selection of specialty pizzas, pastas, salads and desserts. CPK is famous for its wide variety of creative and boldly flavored pizzas prepared in a display kitchen and hearth baked. In August 2000, CPK went public on the NASDAQ (ticker: CPKI).



Il Fornaio (America) Corporation

Il Fornaio (America) Corporation owns and operates full-service, upscale Italian restaurants that serve premium quality Italian cuisine based on authentic regional recipes. Each restaurant includes an over-the-counter retail market that offers baked goods, prepared foods, and branded-food products such as olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The Company also operates four wholesale bakeries that provide fresh breads and pastries to quality grocery stores, hotels and other dining establishments. In February 2006, Il Fornaio completed the acquisition of Corner Bakery Cafe. Corner Bakery Cafe operates approximately 100 bakery cafes located primarily in Southern California, Dallas and Chicago, and offers a wide variety of baked goods, gourmet sandwiches, pastas, soups and salads.



Logan’s Roadhouse, Inc.

Logan’s Roadhouse, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Nashville, TN, is an affordable, full service restaurant chain. The Company’s mission is to recreate the traditional American roadhouse by offering consumers value-oriented, high quality, “craveable” meals for lunch and dinner served in the hospitable tradition and distinctive atmosphere reminiscent of an American roadhouse of the 1930’s and 1940’s. Logan’s menu features USDA Choice steaks, burgers, fresh chicken dishes and salads, ribs and distinctive fresh-baked yeast rolls.



McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants, Inc.

McCormick & Schmick’s owns and operates over 90 full-service casual dining seafood restaurants located throughout the United States and Canada.  Founded in 1972 by Bill McCormick and Doug Schmick, the Company specializes in serving fresh seafood at moderate prices in a classic atmosphere.  In July 2004, McCormick & Schmick’s went public on the NASDAQ (ticker: MSSR).


Real Mex Restaurants, Inc.

Real Mex Restaurants is the largest full service, casual dining Mexican restaurant chain in the United States. The Company operates four primary concepts, El Torito, El Torito Grill, Chevys Fresh Mex and Acapulco, offering a variety of traditional, innovative and authentic Mexican dishes. Real Mex features fresh, high quality and flavorful foods, served by a friendly staff in a fun, festive and casual atmosphere.


Restaurant Associates Corporation

Restaurant Associates is a diversified national restaurant operator and contract foodservice provider. Prior to its sale by BRS, the Company operated through three divisions: the Restaurant Division, Charlie Brown's and Acapulco. The Restaurant Division is comprised of upscale restaurants and foodservice facilities. Charlie Brown's is a family-oriented steak house chain. Acapulco is the second largest Mexican restaurant chain in California and was combined with El Torito Restaurants in June 2000 to form the largest operator in the state.
