Eos Fitness Holdings, LLC

Eos Fitness, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is a "High-Value Low-Price" fitness club chain operating locations in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Southern California. Eos Fitness combines highly affordable and flexible membership plans with a full range of fitness club amenities, including cardio and strength-training equipment, personal training, group exercise, spinning, cardio theaters, women's-only rooms, locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, child care and 24-hour access.


InMotion Entertainment Group, LLC

InMotion Entertainment Group, based in Jacksonville, Florida, is the largest airport-based retailer of headphones, mobile device accessories and other consumer electronics. The Company operates approximately 80 locations in airports across the United States under the InMotion Entertainment, Soundbalance, and Headphone Hub banners, and offers the latest consumer electronics products and market-leading brands.

The Marshall Retail Group is the leading specialty retailer of logo, souvenir, sundry and apparel products to the resort and casino marketplace. The Company operates stores in the Las Vegas, NV, Atlantic City, NJ and Tunica, MS markets under three distinct store formats; logo souvenir/sundry stores, apparel and accessories stores and Harley Davidson licensed apparel stores. Marshall Retail Group's stores are spread across over 25 different casino/retail locations including some of the most prestigious names in the industry, such as Caesar's Palace, MGM Grand and the Venetian in Las Vegas, and the Borgata in Atlantic City.



Town Sports International, Inc.
Initial Investment: December 1996
Town Sports International (TSI) operates the largest chain of health and fitness clubs in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. The TSI network includes clubs operated under four brand names: New York Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs, and Philadelphia Sports Clubs. TSI's successful growth has resulted from its focus on member satisfaction, innovative fitness programs, well-trained staff and continual facility improvement. In June 2006, TSI went public on the NASDAQ (ticker: CLUB).

Things Remembered is the nation's largest personalized gift chain. The Company provides solutions for all gift-giving occasions through more than 650 stores across the U.S. and through its catalogs and website. The Company specializes in 'personalizing' gifts through its engraving and monogramming technology.



Wilson Farms, Inc.
Initial Investment: June 2005
Wilson Farms operates approximately 200 convenience stores under the Wilson Farms and Sugarcreek brands. The Company's stores are located in Central and Western New York State in established metropolitan areas and surrounding suburbs. Wilson Farms' primary products include an extensive line of grocery, frozen and dairy products as well as gasoline in select locations.
