Doane Pet Care Company was a manufacturer of dry pet food in the United States, primarily under its customers’ private label brands including WalMart’s Ol’ Roy brand. Doane was sold by BRS to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and is now owned by Mars, Inc.
