BRS & Co. Completes Sale of EōS Fitness

New York – July 21, 2025 – BRS & Co. (“BRS”) completed the sale of EōS Fitness (“EōS” or the “Company”), a leading operator of High Value Low Price (“HVLP”) gyms, to TSG Consumer Partners, LP (“TSG Consumer”).
BRS acquired the business with 16 formerly franchised gyms and, in partnership with management, created the EōS brand and transformed it into a national leader in the HVLP fitness landscape with more than 175 gym locations open or in development. The Firm stated, “We are immensely proud to have worked with the talented EōS management team to build and expand EōS into a national brand delivering exceptional value, high-end health and fitness experiences and sense of community to its loyal members. BRS expects that EōS will continue to flourish under TSG Consumer’s ownership.”
