Town Sports International (TSI) operates health and fitness clubs in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. The TSI network includes clubs operated under four brand names: New York Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs and Philadelphia Sports Clubs. TSI became a publicly traded company under BRS ownership (ticker: CLUB).
